Placement Process



The placement scenario at R R Institutions has always been excellent. The Recruitment Process is designed to ensure that our students make informed career choices scientifically.

The R R Institutions Placement cell well furnished with spacious lounge, 3 numbers of discussion room and a board room along with 150 systems in LAN computing facility bridges the students with the industries. The pre-placement training including communication skill, soft skill, Technical skill, aptitude skill, GD and many more provides ample opportunity to face campus selection. The pre placement training enables each student to compete effectively for various positions offered by companies, the actual conversion of the opportunity into a concrete 100% every year in top IT & core Companies. R R Institutions also encourages students to take up the Entrepreneurship as career.

R R Institutions have dedicated training and placement department which is headed by placement officer and a team of placement coordinators from every department. The process is as follows:




Our Process



1. PRE-PLACEMENT TALKS

Pre-Placement Talk creates an ambience for companies and students to interact with each other. The company representatives share key requirements of their firm, work culture, and career growth opportunities. Usually, a typical session is scheduled for one hour followed by a 15-minute-long interactive session.

2. APPLICATION & SHORTLISTS

In response to job descriptions shared by companies, interested students can apply through the Placements Department. A detailed resume designed by the placement department is submitted by the students as part of the application process. On the basis of student applications, companies will send shortlisted students name to the Placements Department prior to their final placement interview.


3. PLACEMENT INTERVIEWS

Every placement season the final placement process is conducted round the year based on requirement of companies are requested to visit our campus for conducting the placement process. Companies are provided our state-of-the-art video conference and computer lab facilities and interview rooms if they are unable to visit our campus.

4. OFFERS & ACCEPTANCE

The company will make an offer to the student after the final interview. The offer letter include details of role, location, remuneration, and other relevant terms and conditions required which help students to make a decision. The offer is communicated by the company through the Placement Department to the selected student. The acceptance of offer is bound by placement rules of R R Institutions which are framed at the beginning of the academic year with approval from Governing Council of the Institute.
